It has been a long time since I’ve planned workouts for folks. In my old capacity as a boot camp instructor, I used to do it twice or more a week. My goal was to create a workout that was fast-paced, entertaining, and unique. It was also meant to drive people beyond their comfort zones and boundaries.
I KNOW this is exactly what I need right now. So here’s tonight’s workout script:
15 minute run – Through panhandle to Masonic and back
Stretching
Power Set # 1 (x2)
25 Pushups
25 Rebounds
25 Biceps Curls
Power Set # 2 (x2)
25 Shoulder Presses
15 Alternating Lunges
25 Tricep Curls
Power Set # 3 (x2)
25 Standing Rows
25 Extended Leg Crunches
25 Chest Presses
Abs
25 1-2-3 Crunches
10 corkscrews
50 bicycles
Stretch
Done
